Join us on Wednesday, November 7th for our latest culinary class. Class will start at 6:30 and go to 9 PM. In this session we will focus on fun, new appetizers for the upcoming holiday season. Many of our appetizers will be make ahead items that will give you time to think and plan ahead giving you piece of mind on the day of your event. More info to come! Redbud Party Barn will be offering various evenings of entertainment throughout the year that focus on cooking skills, demonstrations, special products or ideas as well as fellowship. We encourage participants to bring their own adult beverage of choice and have some fun. We will offer non-alcoholic options as well. These outings would be great for friends, couples, those new and old to cooking or someone looking for something different. Our owner Jan Geringer and her daughter, Katie Henning, will be providing knowledge, food, and entertainment. Jan has been a self trained "master chef" in part to her love of cookbooks as well as her husbands passion for fishing and hunting, which forced her to learn many cooking methods and techniques. Katie is a Culinary Arts teacher in USD 259 at West High School. She learned quite a bit from watching her mother cook gourmet meals as well as through her exploits as a culinary teacher. Both enjoy food, wine, travel, and having fun. Join us for some great food in a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
